This notable achievement introduces a pathway to premium beauty education for United Automobile Workers (UAW) represented Ford hourly employees. The certification is effective from June 15, 2023, through June 15, 2026, and enables eligible Ford employees to enroll in specialized courses under a unique tuition assistance program.

The UAW-Ford ETP Advantage
The UAW-Ford ETP will be responsible for tuition costs up to $1,500 from the employees’ Personal Development Assistance – Educational Enrichment (PDA-EEC) funding. Employees, however, will be responsible for any additional costs such as supplies, books, materials, and licenses for the courses.
