This waiver does not waive any right that cannot lawfully be waived, does not excuse intentional misconduct, and does not replace any mandatory protection provided by applicable law.

6. Privacy, Student Records, and Adult-Student Communication

LBA collects and uses contact information, enrollment records, attendance records, academic records, payment records, compliance records, communications, and related documentation for educational, administrative, safety, legal, regulatory, and business purposes.
