You may enroll anytime and start immediately.
Louisville Beauty Academy welcomes new students on a rolling enrollment basis, meaning you can begin your licensing journey as soon as you complete your enrollment online or in person.

3. Choose Your Program and Complete the Contract
Each program has a separate agreement. Choose one of the following:
- Nail Technology (450 hours)
- Esthetician (750 hours)
- Cosmetology (1,500 hours)
- Instructor (750 hours)
- Shampoo Styling (300 hours)
- Eyelash Certification (16 hours)
Louisville Beauty Academy offers fixed total package pricing for each state-licensed program. While tuition does not change, you may qualify for 50%–75% in total savings through optional student incentives.
⚖️ LEGAL NOTICE – PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING
This is a single, legally binding contract between the student and Louisville Beauty Academy only.
✅ No “he said, she said” is legally valid.
✅ The school only works with the enrolled student, not with parents, sponsors, or banks.
✅ You may take as much time as you need to review it. Feel free to consult with family or an advisor.
📝 What you sign is what governs your enrollment. No verbal statement can override it.

- Pay in full before graduation to receive your certificate

📋 LEGAL NOTES AND BEST PRACTICES
- Every student signs a legally binding enrollment contract. Please read yours carefully. We PROUDLY publish ours online for public review—one of the few schools to do so.
- All programs must be completed onsite only per Kentucky State Board of Cosmetology laws FOR LICENSING PURPOSE. NO remote hours are allowed, NO EXCEPTION.
- All attendance is tracked by biometric clock-in, which is the only legal record of your hours.
- Post-graduation, students remain financially liable for unpaid tuition or fees.
- Defamation or unauthorized representation of the school post-graduation is legally prohibited.
- We do not guarantee job placement, but we assist actively.

We do not force traditional full-time or part-time formats — instead, we let you build a personalized schedule within the requirements of the Kentucky State Board of Cosmetology.

- ✅ You must clock in at least once a week (school policy)
- ✅ The state requires attendance at least once every two weeks
- ✅ Maximum hours allowed: 7 hours 55 minutes/day, 40 hours/week
- ✅ All hours must be completed onsite using our biometric fingerprint clock-in system, which is legally mandated and tracked for state licensing compliance
